Ok, so, random journal is random. But this problem is frustrating me, I've been trying to fix it for about an hour now.

When I go to filter -> hue/saturation (or whatever its called), the window does not appear. Everything greys out like it SHOULD be there, but it isn't. Other windows such as brightness/contrast work just fine. Yes, I have tried minimizing windows to see if its hiding somewhere. I am not a computer dummy.
Does anyone know where the window position config file is stored, so I can reset it?
I've tried installing a fresh copy, didn't work.
The problem appeared randomly, I do not know exactly when, so I don't know what caused it. I know its not my OS.

I liked my hue/saturation window. COME BACK, PLEASE! I'm sorry if I did anything wrong to you!

EDIT:
AAHAHAHAHAAAA I DID IT! AFTER FOUR HOURS OF WORK, I DID IT! WOOOOO!!!
Problem was like so:
I usually use my main monitor for SAI, however, one random time I decided to place it on my secondary monitor (and used the hue/saturation window at this time). SAI decided to place the hue/sat window coordinates in ABSOLUTE screen coordinates, instead of RELATIVE TO WINDOW coordinates. This means that the hue/saturation window was positioned on my secondary monitor.
Fast forward to me renovating my basement and a moving of my computer. I flip my second monitor to be on the other side of my main monitor- so the hue/saturation window is now over where the second monitor USED to be: Now an empty void with no monitor covering it. Inaccessible. Gone.
I randomly guess this was the case, and decide to go into windows' config and flip monitor layout so my second monitor is in its original position. I then open SAI on my second monitor and open the hue/saturation window: BAM! ITS THERE! WOO!
I place it on the edge of the screen so its half hanging off into the void. I flip the second monitor back to the other side, open SAI again, and bam, the OTHER HALF of the hue/saturation window that WAS in the void is now there, and I drag it out into the middle of the screen.
tl;dr I flipped some monitors around and there it was, hanging out in the void.
I saved you, little buddy! I SAVED YOU!

Note from more than a year later, since it seems like this is showing up on a search engine with this problem or something:
If you rightclick on the window bar up top (not the window menu option, the actual window itself), there should be an option, second from bottom, that says "Reset all window positions". Clicky.

Right click on the top bar and you should have the "Reset all window position".Make sure you have the Hue/Saturation panel closed when doing this.
