Dark and saturated yellow has a very annoying tendency to look green.
~viwrastupr said "Contrast, all your pictures are mostly the same value" when prompted with /r/MLPdrawingschool's [assign] tag.
So I do contrast picture. I also do analogic color scheme. I also think about composition & lines of action. I also speak short grammatically incorrect sentences.

This is my first two-session painting, one 1:30 long and another 1:00 long 2 days later, for 2.5 hours spent in SAI on this.

Contrasting can be a tricky business sir...
That's why I deal w/the colors up last when I do my drawings. ;)
