Goodness, the eyes here are really piercing. I love the soft colours, semi-analogous palette you've used. The facial structure seems a bit weird where you've got the shading on the right side (our right) of the face, but I didn't notice that until my second glance. Also, the lips are a little too clear-cut. Still, this piece is very beautiful.
